Warehousing

We have two warehouse locations totaling over 550,000 square feet. See our locations for more details. We keep our facilities very clean and have a food grade pest control program in place. Other features of our facility are:

  • 36 foot clear ceilings

  • Over 50 total dock doors

  • ESFR quick suppression sprinkler system

  • Heated

  • Fully insured

  • Security system monitored offsite 24-7

  • Fenced off high security area within distribution center

Transport services

Touchpoint combines freight volume across all of our customers to negotiate maximum carrier discounts. We then pass the discounts on to our customers. Customers have the ability to use our web visibility tools to view and share tracking/pro numbers, delivery status, shipping charges and freight bill status. Every shipment is evaluated for optimum routing and all freight bills are audited and reconciled. The transportation we arrange:

  • Full truckload including refrigerated trailers

  • Flatbeds

  • Rail

  • Less than truckload

  • Small parcel carriers – UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service

  • Local cartage

  • Container drayage
